If you are accessing the Site or submitting a project brief on behalf of an enterprise, company, corporation, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that:

• You possess the full legal power, capacity, and commercial authority to bind such entity to these Terms;
• Your agreement to these Terms constitutes a binding obligation of such corporate entity; and
• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, you must immediately discontinue all access to and use of this Site.

This website is an informational, portfolio, and initial communications portal for Techtik Studios. The materials, case studies, architectural diagrams, metrics, and narrative descriptions provided on the Site are intended solely to demonstrate our engineering capabilities, past delivery track record, and technological competencies in custom full-stack web and mobile development, applied AI workflow automation, and rapid MVP delivery.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, suspend, or discontinue any portion, feature, or content of the Site at any time without prior notice or liability. We make no representations that all past portfolio case studies or featured tech stacks remain available or representative of future capacity.

Strict Commercial Separation: Submitting a project brief via our Start a Project portal, participating in an asynchronous scoping exchange, exchanging preliminary emails, or booking a technical discovery session via our integrated calendar does NOT constitute a binding contract for services, a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or fiduciary duty.

No commercial relationship, development obligation, service level agreement (SLA), sprint timeline, pricing guarantee, or delivery milestone shall come into effect unless and until both of the following conditions are fully satisfied:

1. A formal Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) is negotiated and bilaterally executed by authorized signatories of both parties; and
2. A corresponding Statement of Work (“SOW”) detailing specific technical deliverables, sprint schedules, acceptance criteria, warranty terms, and fee structures is countersigned.

Techtik Studios retains absolute discretion to decline any project inquiry, RFP, or engagement without obligation to disclose reasons.

Techtik Studios conducts all professional business under strict standards of ethics and confidentiality. However, web forms and open communications transmitted across public internet networks prior to the execution of a formal contract cannot be guaranteed to be immune from interception.

Pre-Engagement Disclosures: Prospective clients are expressly advised not to submit highly sensitive proprietary information, unreleased source code repositories, trade secret algorithms, unfiled patent specifications, or regulated end-user personal/financial records through public website forms.

If your technical inquiry involves sensitive proprietary architecture, you should select the “Request Mutual NDA prior to project discussion” option on our project submission form. Upon receipt, our engineering leadership will coordinate the bilateral execution of our standard Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) or review your organization’s standard MNDA before technical architecture deep-dives are conducted.

Intellectual property rights on our Site and within our client engineering practices are delineated as follows:

A. Techtik Studios Proprietary Intellectual Property

All content featured on the Site—including visual design systems, user interface layouts, copy, source code, stylesheets, typography, trademarks, service marks, logo designs, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Techtik Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and international intellectual property treaties. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.

Proprietary products engineered by Techtik Studios, including BotPlus (botplus.app) and Quran Studios (quranstudios.com), along with their respective source code, trademarks, model integrations, and platforms, are proprietary venture assets exclusively owned by Techtik Studios.

B. Contracted Client Code & 100% IP Ownership Guarantee

For all contracted professional engineering engagements executed under an authorized MSA and Statement of Work (SOW), Techtik Studios operates under our unwavering core principle: 100% Client Code Ownership. Upon full payment of all fees due under the applicable SOW, all right, title, and interest in and to the custom source code, database architectures, APIs, and bespoke software artifacts created specifically for the client are assigned exclusively to the client, free of ongoing royalty encumbrances.

C. Third-Party Trademarks & Nominative Fair Use

Client names, commercial brands, application titles, and trademarks referenced on the Site (such as Talently.ai, MJ Catering,Tada, Staffy, Remotebase, and SWVL) are the property of their respective trademark holders. Their inclusion in our portfolio serves solely to truthfully identify the historical software engineering, architecture, or consulting contributions performed by Techtik Studios and its engineering principals, pursuant to nominative fair use principles or express client permission.

You agree to use the Site exclusively for lawful, legitimate commercial purposes in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You expressly agree that you will not:

• Deploy automated bots, spiders, scrapers, data-mining scripts, or crawling tools to harvest content, metrics, or contact information;
• Circumvent, probe, scan, or breach any security, rate-limiting, or authentication mechanisms implemented by our edge infrastructure;
• Transmit any malicious payloads, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or corrupted data through form submission endpoints;
• Submit fraudulent, fictitious, deceptive, defamatory, or unsolicited promotional marketing (“spam”) communications;
• Impersonate any individual, corporate officer, enterprise, or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any third party;
• Engage in any denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attack or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our hosting infrastructure.

We reserve the right to immediately block IP addresses, terminate access, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities regarding any violation of this section.

The Site contains hyperlinks directing users to external websites, third-party software marketplaces (e.g., Shopify App Store), client platforms, professional profiles (LinkedIn, GitHub), and integrated scheduling tools (Calendly, Google Meet).

These links are provided strictly for your informational convenience. • WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL VIRUSES OR MALICIOUS COMPONENTS;
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY CASE STUDY, ESTIMATE, TIMELINE, OR ARCHITECTURAL DIAGRAM DISPLAYED ON THE SITE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONAL LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHTIK STUDIOS, ITS PRINCIPALS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;
• LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITY, OR REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE;
• LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EQUIPMENT FAILURE, OR COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE TECHNOLOGY;

ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATIONAL CONTENT CONTAINED HEREIN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES UNDER CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND EVEN IF TECHTIK STUDIOS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ALL EVENTS, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF TECHTIK STUDIOS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100.00), OR THE MINIMUM STATUTORY AMOUNT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Techtik Studios, its officers, directors, software engineers, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal expenses) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your breach or alleged breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Your unauthorized, unlawful, or improper access to or use of the Site;
• Your submission of fraudulent, infringing, or defamatory project inquiries or information; or
• Your violation of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or statutory proprietary right.

These Terms, their interpretation, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Mandatory Pre-Dispute Amicable Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties covenant to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally. The initiating party shall deliver written notice detailing the controversy to [email protected]. The parties shall engage in executive-level discussions for a mandatory period of not less than thirty (30) business days from the date of notice.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations within the 30-day window, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent commercial courts situated in Lahore, Pakistan, for the adjudication of all claims, subject to mandatory statutory consumer protections that cannot be excluded by contract.

Severability: If any provision or portion of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive understanding between you and Techtik Studios concerning use of this Site, superseding all prior proposals, discussions, oral communications, or representations regarding the subject matter herein.

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion. Material modifications become effective immediately upon posting to the Site with an updated “Last Revised” timestamp. Continued access following posted revisions constitutes affirmative acceptance.
